Mommies Workout Time

Hi Everyone!!

I know I’ve been off for a super long time!! I hope everyone has been doing good.  As for me there has been a lot going on lately some good and some not so good.  But something big that has changed is that I’m no longer a stay at home Mom…I have a job again!!  Well actually I always had a job because if you think about it being a stay at home mom is a 24/7 type of job…or am I wrong?? I think not!!!

So I have been pretty busy lately with work, my babies, class, and trying to get my workouts in as well.  Yup it has been pretty crazy.  Trying to do this all at the same time can be exhausting, but I’m trying to make it work.  I’m still trying to workout some type of schedule/ routine to better organize myself and have time to do everything I need to do throughout the day.

So here it goes for those ladies that have an 8 to 5 job and have families to feed in the evenings, and on top of that chores to do at home, but still make it to the gym….how do you ladies do it???? I feel like I don’t have enough time to do everything I need to do! Do you sleep less? or what is the formula to make it work? I don’t know about the rest of you but I know I need at least 7 hours of sleep to function!  Oh yeah and of course my morning cup of coffee.  🙂
