I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since my last post. And let me just say it has been a crazy one!! I’ve had Doctor appointments after Doctor Appointments for all three of my girls. And still have more appointments to come. But I can’t complain as long as my girls are good and healthy is all that counts. It’s always been like that for me, my girls health and well being comes first no matter what they are my number one priority.
I have to be honest and say I’ve been so busy I’ve slacked off on my workouts!! But of course that’s no excuse because I can easily workout at home since my hubby bought us free weights to use at home. But for some reason I like working out at the gym better than at home. I guess it’s just that being home you know the couch is so close to you that you give up a lot faster than when you’re at the gym. I have to admit I feel so disappointed in myself!! I was doing so good!! I was beginning to notice my stomach getting flatter, and my legs ohh my gosh!! I was starting to see some muscle!! and then Womp Womp I got side tracked!! But hey it happens I’m human. What happens when you fall?! You get right back up and keep going! Right?! So that’s what I am going to do!!
I want to change, but it’s a lot harder than I thought! Like I said before, this requires a lot of discipline and dedication. I have to figure out what works for me and what doesn’t. (So if anyone from my family is reading this please take the left over cokes after the party!! They are so tempting!! And yes I had to drink one! Ok maybe two!) Yeah leaving cokes in my fridge does not work for me!
So starting this coming Monday I will start hitting the gym like crazy again and get back on track on my workouts! Until next time ladies!
